HelloAgencyAI is operated by The Contractors Marketing. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through helloagencyai.com, the HelloAgencyAI demo experience, and Meta-connected app workflows we operate for agency and advertising operations.

When a client or authorized business user connects Meta assets, HelloAgencyAI acts as a Meta Tech Provider to help that business review, manage, and support its authorized Meta business assets.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as:

• Contact details, including name, email address, phone number, and company.
• Messages, prompts, or requests you send through the site or demo chat.
• Business information submitted by you, your client, or an authorized user.
• Meta account, Page, business portfolio, Instagram business account, ad account, campaign, ad, creative, pixel, reporting, insights, and related business asset information authorized through the app.
• OAuth authorization records, permission grants, and access tokens or temporary tokens when needed to complete authorized workflows.

We may also collect technical and security logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, request timestamps, and request logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate, secure, and improve the HelloAgencyAI website and demo.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and discovery inquiries.
• Perform authorized agency operations, audits, reporting, onboarding, and workflow support.
• Connect to Meta tools only as authorized by the app user, client, or business admin.
• Make Meta ad or business-management changes only when authorized by a permitted user or client and only where the app has approved permissions.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

Meta Platform Data

This section describes our handling of Meta Platform data. We process Meta Platform Data only for the authorized business purpose described to the user or client and in Meta App Review. Where applicable, we process Meta Platform Data on behalf of and at the direction of the connected client or business.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, profiling, resale, or another client's purpose. We maintain client Meta Platform Data separately by client or business account. We share Meta Platform Data only with the connected client or business, necessary service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law or platform obligations.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, security, analytics, customer communication, AI model processing, development operations, CRM, and platform integrations. These providers process information only as needed to provide the requested service and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the authorized purpose, support, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, business records, or platform obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

We delete or de-identify Meta Platform Data when the user or client requests deletion, when access is revoked and deletion is requested, when the client relationship ends and the data is no longer needed, or when Meta requires deletion.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. Data deletion instructions are available on the User Data Deletion page. You can also remove app access from your Facebook or Meta business settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to people and providers who need it for authorized operations.

Children

HelloAgencyAI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
