How To Request Deletion

This page is the Data Deletion Instructions URL for the HelloAgencyAI Meta app. To request deletion of personal information or Meta Platform Data associated with HelloAgencyAI, email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the records, such as:

• Your name and email address.
• The business, agency, or client name connected to the request.
• The Facebook Page, Meta business portfolio, Instagram account, ad account, or app connection involved.
• Your Facebook user ID, if you know it.
• Whether you are the user, business admin, client representative, or another authorized requester.

What Happens Next

We will review the request, verify your identity and authority, and delete or de-identify applicable personal information and Meta Platform Data. Where applicable, we will request deletion from service providers that process the data on our behalf.

We retain limited records only when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting or business records, or platform policy obligations. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days.

Remove App Access From Meta

You can also remove HelloAgencyAI app access directly from your Facebook or Meta settings. The exact menu names may change, but the usual paths are:

• Facebook: Settings and privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
• Meta Business: Business Settings > Integrations or Business Apps.

Removing app access prevents future access. If we already received information before access was removed, email us so we can delete or de-identify matching records.
