Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of helloagencyai.com, the HelloAgencyAI demo experience, and related services operated by The Contractors Marketing. By using the site or connecting an account, you agree to these terms.

Business Use

HelloAgencyAI is intended for agency operators, business owners, marketers, and authorized team members. You must have authority to submit information, connect business assets, or request work on behalf of any company, Meta business portfolio, Page, Instagram account, ad account, CRM, website, or related system you ask us to access.

Authorized Workflows

We use connected platforms only for authorized business workflows. You are responsible for the instructions, approvals, source materials, and access you provide. You agree not to request actions that violate Meta terms, Meta Developer Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or another party's account rules.

Where authorized and where approved permissions allow, HelloAgencyAI may help with agency operations, audits, reporting, onboarding, and workflow support. We may decline, pause, reverse, or require review for actions that appear unsafe, unauthorized, misleading, noncompliant, or outside approved app permissions.

Meta and Third-Party Platforms

If you connect Meta or another third-party platform, your use is also governed by that platform's terms, policies, review requirements, and permission rules. We may decline, pause, or reverse work that appears unsafe, unauthorized, misleading, or inconsistent with a platform policy.

Human Approval

HelloAgencyAI supports AI-assisted and agentic workflows, but business-critical changes still require appropriate human authorization. We may use draft, paused, demo, or review-first workflows before production changes, especially for ads, account access, tracking, website publishing, CRM changes, and compliance-related work. We do not treat AI output as permission to make production changes without appropriate user, client, or business-admin approval.

Content and Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us permission to use those materials as needed to operate the site, respond to requests, prepare demos, perform authorized services, and maintain records of the work.

No Guaranteed Results

We work to provide accurate, useful, and operationally safe support. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue, lead volume, rankings, platform approvals, policy outcomes, app approval, or uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HelloAgencyAI to:

• Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Upload malware, interfere with security, or abuse the service.
• Submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.
• Attempt to extract secrets, credentials, private system prompts, or private client data.
• Attempt to obtain access tokens, app secrets, system-user tokens, or other credentials.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship to a business asset.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Requests to remove information are described on the User Data Deletion page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HelloAgencyAI and The Contractors Marketing are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, platform restrictions, or account decisions made by third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
